Everything you need to know about Quick.live.

Yes, all tools on Quick.live are completely free. There are no subscriptions, no credits, and no hidden fees. You can use any tool as many times as you want.
No. You can use all tools without creating an account. Simply upload your file, configure your settings, and download the result.
There is a rate limit to ensure fair usage for all visitors, but for normal personal use there is no practical limit.

File Uploads

The maximum upload size is 500MB per file. For larger files, we recommend using the Video Compressor tool first.
We accept MP4, WebM, AVI, MOV, MKV, FLV, WMV, 3GP, M4V, and most other common video formats. For audio, we accept MP3, WAV, AAC, OGG, M4A, and FLAC.
Upload failures can occur due to: file size exceeding the limit, unsupported file format, or a slow internet connection. Check your file format and size, then try again.

Privacy & Security

Yes. All file transfers use HTTPS encryption. Files are stored on secure servers and automatically deleted after 24 hours. We never share your files with third parties.
Only you can access your files via the unique download link. We do not share or analyse the content of your videos.
Files are automatically deleted from our servers after 24 hours. Make sure to download your processed file before then.

Processing

Most operations complete within a few seconds to a couple of minutes, depending on file size and the type of operation.
Processing time depends on file size, video resolution, duration, and current server load. Large 4K videos or long videos naturally take more time.
We recommend keeping the browser tab open during processing. Processing happens on our servers, so closing the tab won't interrupt it, but you'll lose the download link.

Output Quality

For format conversion, some quality loss is expected as all lossy compression involves a trade-off. We use optimised settings to minimise quality loss. Lossless operations like cutting use stream copying to avoid re-encoding.
Video: MP4, WebM, AVI, MOV, MKV, GIF. Audio: MP3, WAV, AAC, OGG, M4A. Images (screenshot tool): JPG, PNG.
